Wow. Who knew what looks like just a country bar would have such amazing food! The prime rib was probably one of the top 4 I've had ever. So tender, and the flavorful herb crust - mmmmmm! Then, I had the Triple Chocolate Cake - wow. Death by chocolate. Go here!

We chose the Y-Club for "date-night", however they are very accommodating to all size groups. We enjoyed the rack of ribs which had the perfect spicy sauce on them. Stop at the Y-Club & enjoy Great Food & Great Service!!!

Good food, good staff and I highly recommend trying their lobster bisque!

Food is the BOMB! My friend and I sampled a fee different things off of the menu and everything was absolutely delicious! They have homemade secret sauces for everything. Try the sweet potato fries, that alone is enough to have you coming back!

The service and food were excellent. If it was in my opinion if updated just a bit would be a 5 star restaurant. Example carpet looked dirty even tho may not be. Tables stabled by coasters lighting was dim.

Can't bet the early bird specials esp the blackened walleye!! Good food Good service👍👍

Service was excellent and food was good. Stopped for dinner on a Sunday and didn't have to wait for a seat.

We stopped for lunch with family on a Saturday. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The fish tacos were perfect--crunchy and spicy. Some of us enjoyed playing pull tabs while we chatted. We also noticed signs for several upcoming events that sounded fun!

Food was very tasty and well prepared. Was a very cold night so the Y was not as toasty warm as it usually is.

I had the BEST steak from a restaurant at this place!!

I want to say that stopping at The Y Club on our way home from girls weekend in Brained was a great decision! The food and atmosphere were very fun! Our bartender Toni was fabulous, fun and friendly! The locals were a lot of fun too!! I will definitely stop up there again!! Lisa Dorn

Great food for a fair price. We rode the 2+ hours from Ramsey, MN. 11 motorcycles with 12 people. Cold ride and the warmth of the restaurant and wait person was good! Ride For The Son, a Christian Motorcycle Association Ride to Garrison MN. We also had people from Brainerd , Mankato and Owatnna. Some headed around Lake Mil lacs.

We were at a benefit dinner and auction. The staff was super nice and helped to keep things lively. The food is always good at the Y

2nd time there. Rode the sleds in for apps and drinks. Sat in the restaurant this time. Good stop all around. Nice little game room area and shot pool with my son. Staff was kind too. We will be back.

Stopped in randomly looking for lunch and a drink. I’m blown away. Service was SO friendly. Great views. Nice atmosphere. And the breakfast burger has made my legendary list. Add a side of homemade ranch and get the sweet potato fries with sweet potato sauce too. 🙏🏻

I stopped here while driving past Mille Lacs on my way south to,Minneapolis. I enjoyed the beautiful view, huge portions, and great classic flavors.

Been here ballpark 5 times, and the food has ALWAYS been spot on. Service has always came with a smile and the view of the lake is great. Next time I'm in Garrison and time allows, I shall be stopping here again.

First time at this restaurant. Monday @ 4:45. Ordered hamburger steak w/mashed garlic potatoes that came with salad, warm roll. Service was rather slow as it was not busy. Hamb steak, salad & roll were pretty good but way too much garlic, which tasted raw, in the potatoes.

Been coming here for a couple years. A lot of the same staff and they are friendly and great people. Always fun!! That says a lot about a place. And literally the best food around!!!!

AYCE Fish on Fridays offers a great meal. One can choose to eat only fried fish or a combo of fried fish and fried shrimp, dried potatoes, and a choice of soup or salad. The lobster bisque soup is my wife's favorite and she says it is very delicious. The fish, shrimp, and potatoes were perfectly cooked! The entire meal was very tasty! I would definitely recommend this meal!

Finding good eats can be tough in small up north lake towns. I had been curious about The Y club for a few years, but it’s lack of curb appeal led me to keep left at the y and continue onto the lake house. This last time I was too hungry and feeling adventurous. I ran in to see a menu and was pleasantly surprised. The interior is very clean and welcoming. My mom followed me in and told me to get a table. There were tons of sandwich and burger options along with appetizers (perfect because that was I wanted for lunch). I asked the server for a recommendation and went with what she suggested, a blackened chicken sandwich with bacon jam. Holy smokes it was fantastic! I wanted to go back for brunch the next day, but mom told me I need to wait until next time thinking Easter brunch would be a little crazy. ..The asparagus fries with homemade ranch were on point. Just don’t go here for diet food. Go big or go home.
